Our Shipping rates are based on order weight.
Free standard shipping only applies to the Contiguous 48 states.
All orders placed on a business day before 12 pm EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day.
Incorrect Addresses - Before placing your order please check your address for accuracy. If the address is incorrect it may result in a $10 correction fee, which will be added to your credit card.
Shipping times are only an estimate. Please remember, that orders are only guaranteed to ship Monday thru Friday. If you order over a holiday or the weekend your order will be shipped the next business day.

Affordable OTC Return Policy
We here at Affordable OTC strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We want you, the customer, to feel confident when ordering from us. If for ANY REASON, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus shipping, within seven days of when your items are delivered. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS or clearance items. Because of the nature of the items being sent, we can not accept opened boxes for any reason. If the manufactures factory seal is tampered with or opened, the return will be rejected.
Before returning anything, you must contact customer service by email or phone to get an RA number. Please email customerservice@affordableotc.com or call 844-502-2744. Any returns without an RA number will be rejected.
If you ordered the wrong item or just no longer need it, you will be responsible for return shipping. Any outgoing shipping costs paid for will not be refunded. If there was an error by an Affordable OTC team member, we will either provide you a pre-paid return label or reimburse you the return shipping costs to ship the items back to us.
All items are subject to the manufactures warranty. Please contact them to resolve any quality problems.
On returns of orders $500 and above, a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
We are always striving to be completely accurate with the shipments. In the rare event that there are issues with a shipment due to an error by us, it must be reported within five days of receiving your order. Please email us at customerservice@affordableotc.com or call 844-502-2744 so we can make things right. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the items to us.
